At the execution level, every step has dedicated staff:
Absolutely. Zero foundation is exactly where the IFP pathway is designed to start: your child begins from the very basics of both syllabi — HSK Level 1 for language and CSCA for academics — progressing step by step along a structured learning path. Whether you choose the online or on-campus class, both follow the same dual-syllabus teaching and the same standard.
Beyond the courses, we provide a testing and mock exam system (staged mock exams + AI-powered analysis), so your child always knows exactly what to improve — progress you can see.
Most importantly, it's contractually guaranteed: if targets are not met after completing the required coursework (CSCA < 60 or HSK < Level 3), students can re-study the program free of charge until they pass — written in black and white in the contract.
Costs mainly depend on whether you choose the Online International Foundation Program or the On-Campus International Foundation Program — the two class types differ in format, schedule and fees:
Students who meet the grade requirements can also apply for scholarships to further ease the family burden. For a detailed fee breakdown and payment options, we recommend joining the online trial class or leaving your contact details on this page — our advisors will provide a clear, transparent fee list with no hidden charges based on your child's education background, intended major and chosen class type. You can also apply for a visit to China — we'll pick you up by private car and discuss everything face to face.
1) Foundation stage · Hailiang Group IFP Special Scholarship: established by Hailiang Group specifically for Southeast Asian students enrolling in the International Foundation Program (IFP). It has an eligibility threshold — applicants must have HSK Level 3 or above to qualify — and eligible students receive a tuition reduction.
2) Undergraduate stage · COS / CSC scholarships: after progressing to a bachelor's degree, students can apply per official criteria for the China Opportunity Scholarship (COS, Type A0–A4, covering up to full tuition plus stipends) or the Chinese Government Scholarship (CSC); we guide the entire document preparation and application process.
For specific scholarship tiers, quotas and timelines, join our Online Trial Class or leave your details — our advisors will provide a detailed one-on-one assessment based on your child's actual grades and situation.
Don't worry — the visa process is fully guided. After admission, our advisor team provides guidance and assistance throughout the application process: document checklists, paperwork guidance, form filling and submission — you and your child only need to prepare the basic documents and provide information as requested.
Processing times are explained step by step according to your country's specific visa procedures: embassy timelines vary by country, and your advisor will give you a clear schedule when the process starts — you can check progress anytime, including what's done and what's still needed.
During the service period, your dedicated advisor is online 7 days a week, 12 hours a day, reachable anytime via WeChat / WhatsApp — questions get an immediate response; you'll never be left unable to reach anyone.
